Returns & Exchanges
Our purpose is to guarantee our customer’s full satisfaction.

Returns/ Exchanges of products are dispatched at the customer’s expense through a shipping company of his/hers choice.
In some specific cases, explained in the return policy it is possible to exchange purchased items.
Items purchased at promotional prices/discounts cannot be returned, the sale is final.

Conditions of return
1.The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
2. The identification tag is still attached to the products;
3. The original packaging is preserved;
4. The return is shipped back to the vendor within 14 working days;
If the consumer has fulfilled all requirements set forth above, ‘KINI 8’ shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and/or replacement and shall send the items back to the consumer.
Exchange of Products
In certain cases, customers are entitled to exchange returned products for another size or colour of the same model. Replacement is available only for non-conforming size or defect attributable to the vendor.
Requests for
Conditions of Exchange
1. Exchange is only possible for another size or colour. ‘KINI 8′ does not replace one model for another;
2. Customers may only submit a single replacement request per product purchased;
3. The products for which the exchange is requested must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused, worn, washed, modified or damaged, with all identification tags attached;
4. Products exchange requests, which are part of a single order must be returned at once. We do not accept products for replacement from the same order shipped in different stages and will not exchange them.
Once the customer sends back the product(s) for exchange, our team will examine if all the conditions above are fulfilled. If everything is correct and in place, we will process with the replacement by dispatching the newly exchanged item(s).
Upon products exchange request purchased from www.kinithelabel.com, the customer shall comply with present terms and conditions.
