Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Our purpose is to guarantee our customer’s full satisfaction. If, for any reason a client is not satisfied with an order, he/she has the right to cancel a purchase and return the purchased products within 7 working days from the date on which he/she received the purchased product from www.kinithelabel.com as stated in Art. 55 of the Law on Consumer Protection.

Returns/ Exchanges of products are dispatched at the customer’s expense through a shipping company of his/hers choice.

In some specific cases, explained in the return policy it is possible to exchange purchased items.

Items purchased at promotional prices/discounts cannot be returned, the sale is final.

To return an item, the consumer should send a written notice to sales@kinithelabel.com, hence informing the vendor about his/hers decision to return the item.

Conditions of return

1.The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;

2. The identification tag is still attached to the products;

3. The original packaging is preserved;

4. The return is shipped back to the vendor within 14 working days;

If the consumer has fulfilled all requirements set forth above, ‘KINI 8’ shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and/or replacement and shall send the items back to the consumer.

Exchange of Products

In certain cases, customers are entitled to exchange returned products for another size or colour of the same model. Replacement is available only for non-conforming size or defect attributable to the vendor.

Requests for exchange of items shall be made within 14 days from receiving the order by contacting our customer service at  sales@kinithelabel.com and stating your preferred size/colour you would like to exchange for in the email. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the warehouse, therefore once we check the availability of the item(s) we will contact you back.

Conditions of Exchange

1. Exchange is only possible for another size or colour. ‘KINI 8′ does not replace one model for another;

2. Customers may only submit a single replacement request per product purchased;

3. The products for which the exchange is requested must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused, worn, washed, modified or damaged, with all identification tags attached;

4. Products exchange requests, which are part of a single order must be returned at once. We do not accept products for replacement from the same order shipped in different stages and will not exchange them.

Once the customer sends back the product(s) for exchange, our team will examine if all the conditions above are fulfilled. If everything is correct and in place, we will process with the replacement by dispatching the newly exchanged item(s).

Upon products exchange request purchased from www.kinithelabel.com, the customer shall comply with present terms and conditions.
